These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 229bt and its users. By accessing the 229bt platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. 1 General Terms

By accessing the 229bt platform, registering, and using any game or service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 229bt, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
You must provide true, accurate and complete personal information.
One person may open only one account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account information confidential.
You must confirm that you are playing on your own behalf and with your own funds.

2.2 Account Information

Information provided at registration — name, email, phone number, date of birth and payment details — must always be kept up to date and accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Security

Never share your account password or login details with any third party. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised transaction or activity on your account. 229bt is not responsible for misuse of your account.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

21+ Only: This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Account registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

To confirm your identity, 229bt may request one or more of the following documents at any time:

  • National ID Card (NID) or a copy of passport
  • Driving licence
  • A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.)

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

3.2 Duplicate Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on 229bt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions may apply in certain cases and may require additional verification.

  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
  • Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
  • At least one active deposit record must be present on the account to make a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Refunds

Completed deposits generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a transaction is affected by a technical error, we will review it individually and take appropriate action. All refund decisions are at the discretion of 229bt.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Withdrawal of this bonus is possible after meeting a wagering requirement of 15x (15 times the total of deposit plus bonus).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus offer applies only once per user / household / device / IP address.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — once wagering is complete, the bonus will be converted to real balance.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the entire bonus balance being forfeited.
  • Each promotion may have its own supplementary terms.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 229bt VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected (bonus hunting, using bonus balance only on low-risk bets, sharing group bonuses, etc.), 229bt reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and close the account.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 229bt are operated impartially. Slot and casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every outcome completely random and fair. Fair play and SSL encryption are our commitment.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 229bt reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of any technical error, disconnection or system failure affecting a bet, 229bt follows a neutral policy. If a technical error results in an unexpected win, 229bt reserves the right to void that amount.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, there are opportunities to bet on various international sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. If a match or event is cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Gaming using automation software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers or network.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
  • Collusion (cheating in coordination with other players).
  • Operating an account using third-party funds.
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system.
  • Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 229bt

229bt may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • Providing false or incomplete KYC information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • A court order or direction from a legal authority.
  • Long-term inactive account (in accordance with a predetermined policy).

8.2 Self-Closure of Account

You can contact our support team at any time to request account closure. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (for valid balances).

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account may be marked inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. 229bt reserves the right to impose applicable maintenance fees on inactive accounts. The account may be automatically closed once the balance reaches zero.
